Depth of field-
Depth of field is the amount of distance between the nearest and farthest objects that appear in acceptably sharp focus in a photograph. A preferred selection Depth of field ("DOF") in a focused subject in an image can be quite subjective.
This image I took in Salou has a large depth of field. This means
that everything in the picture is in focus, this would be used for photographs
of landscapes as you need everything to be in focus.

This image has a small depth of field. It means that only one object is in focus and the rest of the photo is blurred. This is a good way of photographing something you are trying to promote or sell your eyes are instantly drawn too the object in focus. The flower is also on a 'power-spot' which always makes a image stronger!
